Yes. If so, we do not work with clients who are working with another agent. Only one agent is able to be paid. Every agent works on commission.

List the credit score below of all adults that are going to be on the lease. Most management companies require an credit score of 580 or higher.

What day can you physically view or virtually view homes and apply? Do not pick a date unless you have fees and deposits ready to go and are serious. We are commission and work hard for our serious clients. Viewing hours are 8am-8pm daily.

When do you need to move? If you choose a date further than 30 days from now you will view homes online that are coming available but not yet ready to tour or move in.

What is the total income for every adult in the home? You must make 3x rent gross income monthly to qualify for all homes.

Price Range - The average rental home price in Texas is about $2000 per month. Yes, there are some as low as $1500 and some as high as $4000. It all depends on the area, size of the home, age of the home and availability.

What main area of the Houston area are you interested in? Please include suburb, zip code, school districts or any other determining factor in location.

How many bedrooms do you need?

Do you have pets? List your pet weight and breed and how many pets you have below. Please be aware most management companies will charge a pet deposit and pet rent.

Any criminal background information please list the year and the offense below. Most management companies require all felonies to be over 8-10 years old and non violent offenses. Misdemeanors are case by case. No more than 1-2 charges.
