Brian Covault has lived in Ft Bend County since 1994 and has been a local business owner since 1998. He has a passion to help those in his community and Brian is involved with many community organizations, including his service on the Board of Directors for Child Advocates of Fort Bend since 2011. 

 

As a business owner, Brian has a talent for developing systems of efficient and effective processes for improved work-flow. He now applies that same expertise to Real Estate to ensure his clients have superior customer service every step of the way when it comes to selling, leasing or buying a home. Brian has a “client first” mind-set so his focus is always on his client, and his goal is to provide a real estate experience that exceeds his client's expectations. Brian has been on the client side of Real Estate transactions numerous times and knows the frustrations many Sellers and Buyers face. This understanding is what prompted him to become a Realtor and propels him to be highly focused regarding the needs of his clients. Brian specializes in Fort Bend County Real Estate because he loves the community he has lived in the last 25 years.
