BRIAN

Hi, I'm Brian Covault.  I'm a Realtor who lives and works in Ft. Bend County, with a passion to help people sell their current home, or find their next home. I am an eXp Certified Mentor with other specialized certifications to help in various buying or selling scenarios (contact me and I'll explain all the acronyms to the left). I know that a home is more than just real estate, a home is where you will create memories, watch your family grow and live your life.  
 

My experience in the business world has equipped me with a unique mindset and approach you won't find with other Realtors. I look forward to working with and for you, and getting you the best deal you can get. I'm familiar with the challenges that occur when searching for a new home or selling a current home as "the client", and as a Realtor my goal is to help others avoid the frustrations that many face when selling or buying a home.

Thank you for visiting us! I'm Lawren Covault. I was born in and have lived in Fort Bend my entire life and have spent my career in real estate, working to build communities. I understand the housing market and what families want and need in a home within any budget. 

 

My interest in real estate started as a young child, growing up in Pecan Grove, when there were new homes being built all around. We would walk through them and it was fascinating to me to see how each home was built differently. I would also grab the real estate section of the Chronicle to look at the published floorplans and imagine what the inside of those houses must look like. That fascination hasn't waned, and if you invite me over, I will try to see as much of your home as possible - I prefer to do that as your Realtor - it makes things less awkward!

Richard Machemehl

Richard Machemehl is a seasoned professional with a diverse background, embodying the roles of a devoted husband, father, committed Christian, and proud American. His academic journey led him to Texas A&M, where he later served in the esteemed United States Air Force. Following his military service, he ventured into entrepreneurship, founding Home Theater Evolutions, a custom integration company that flourished under his leadership. The company, which commenced on a modest scale, expanded to include nearly a dozen employees and successfully executed substantial projects for high-profile clients, including the Houston Rockets, NBA players, TV celebrities, and more. Subsequently, he strategically sold the business and relocated to Colorado, where he, alongside his family, established Niky's Mini Donuts, a dessert shop.

 

Upon returning to Houston after several years, Richard pursued his enduring passion for real estate. With a history of owning multiple properties and currently maintaining a portfolio of investment properties, he possesses firsthand knowledge of the intricacies of real estate transactions. Richard's distinctive edge as a real estate professional stems from his extensive entrepreneurial background. Having initiated and managed prosperous businesses, he not only comprehends the intricacies of property transactions but also brings a wealth of practical experience to the table.

AMANDA
 

Amanda has been in the real estate industry since 2015, focusing lately on personal investment properties, property management, and most recently multifamily investment. She is a Native Texan and was raised in Katy, so she has grown up seeing the exponential growth the West side of Houston has experienced over the years.
Amanda holds a master’s degree in nursing, from the University of Texas, Health Science Center at Houston, and has 18 years of experience in the Health Care industry. She is also a graduate of Houston Christian University (formerly Houston Baptist University) graduating in 2005. Her experience in health care has granted her the ability to provide excellent customer service, exceptional attention to detail, and an ability to multitask in pressure driven situations with confidence and ease. She will advocate for her clients to ensure they are getting the best experience possible. She prides herself on excellent follow-up and communications skills, collaborating with clients to help them understand their decisions, while working to create a positive experience for all involved.

MICHAEL
 

Michael has been in the real estate industry for the better part of two decades with experience in both residential and investment real  estate. His recent real estate experience includes personal investment
property acquisition, property management, and most recently,  investment in multifamily properties.
While Michael was not born in the state of Texas, he has spent the majority of his life in the state and grew up in the Katy area. He has experienced firsthand the vast growth and development of this area
over his lifetime. A devoted husband of over twenty years, he and his wife enjoy the benefits of raising their daughter in this ever-expanding community with the many opportunities this offers.
Michael prides himself on providing excellent customer service,  always looking to put his clients first to meet their real estate needs. An excellent negotiator, he is always thinking “outside of the box”  creating ideas to exceed his client’s expectations while helping to provide a winning situation for all involved.
